About events
The Events section on the navigation bar is there to help you easily filter and find any event that you have created. The events overview page has several filters you can use to narrow down the listed events. There is a video below on how to use the different features on the Events page.
There are also several tabs along the top of the page to easily sort the events by their status. The tabs are listed below:
All : Lists all events that are linked to your organisation.
Leads : This tab displays all events that have a status relating to the event still being in the pipeline.
Contracted : Here you can see all events that have the Contracted status.
Closed : All events marked as Closed will be displayed here.
Lost : Any events that have the Lost status against them will be displayed here.
Within each tab you have the option to further filter the results shown. For example, you can specify to show all events that have a particular status, events that have a specific salesperson assigned to them, or by the event name. You can easily reset these filters by selecting the orange X Reset button. There are also more advanced filters which can be displayed by selecting the More button.
All of the tabs have the option to Export the list you are currently viewing. The Export button is located at the end of the list on the bottom right hand side. This will export the list as a Microsoft Excel Worksheet (.XLS).
