About tasks
Tasks is a feature that allows you to create a "to do" list. They are pieces of work to be completed that can be assigned to yourself or to another member of your organisation.
Tasks assigned to a user can be found in several locations. The easiest and fastest way to view tasks assigned to you is using the Tasks quick menu located at the top of every page. Below is a screenshot of the Tasks quick menu icon.

This will display all tasks assigned to you which have their reached their due date or are overdue. Once a task has been marked as complete then it will no longer appear on this list
You are also able to view tasks by using the navigation menu on the left and selecting Tasks. This page will give you an overview of all tasks that have been created within your organisation. The filters along the top can help you to search for tasks that meet specific criteria. For example, you can search for all incomplete tasks that had their due date within the last 7 days.
Additionally there is a widget specifically for Tasks which can be added to a user's dashboard. Click here for further information on this widget.
The fourth place where Tasks are readily displayed is within each event's dashboard. There is a Tasks panel (directly underneath the Event info panel) which displays all tasks relating to the event which are incomplete.
The fifth and final place where tasks can be found is on every user's profile. Select Staff from the navigation menu on the left and then select Users. Selecting any user from here will display their profile which contains a Tasks panel. This displays all tasks which are either assigned to the user or any tasks which are assigned to a team which the user is attached to.
