Once a quote has been marked as sent you are then given the option to mark the quote as either Accepted or Declined. These two options are explained below.

To accept a quote follow the steps below:
Select Events from the navigation menu on the left and search for your event. Once selected you'll be directed to the Events dashboard.
Select the Quotes tab along the top of the Dashboard.
Select the quote that you wish to accept by clicking on the quote number.
You'll see the various action buttons along the top of the quote page. Select Accept.
You will then be presented with a number of options:
Update event status
Select a different status if you wish to change the status of the event
Replace all existing event costs with the contents of this quote
If the event has already been assigned some costs, perhaps if a quote has been accepted previously, tick this checkbox if you want to remove these and just use the costs from the new quote.
Set number of guests to [number of guests]
Quotes can be created for different number of guests, tick this checkbox to update the number of guests for the event to match the number of guests on the quote
Once you have made your selections click Accept.

The Accept quote dialogue box
If your client has rejected your quote, or wants to make a change, you should mark the quote as declined. This will help you to differentiate between various quotes on the Quotes dashboard.
To decline a quote, navigate to the Detailed quote or Summary quote views and select Decline.
To modify the quote before sending it back to the client, select Duplicate to create a copy of the declined quote, make your changes, then go through the send/accept/decline process once again.
