Dashboard widget - Events per Month
When editing a dashboard select the + on any of the widget templates. Select Events per Month and then Add widget.
Once the widget is displayed you can edit what information it displays by selecting the dropdown arrow within the widget and selecting Edit.
This displays the template to customise the information shown within this widget. Below is a list of the fields :
Name : This is what is displayed at the top of the widget
Date range : When you select the field several options will appear including the timeframe of which you'd like to have the widget display as well as the defined day.**Statuses** : When you select this field a list of all of your event statuses will be listed. You can select multiple statuses to be included in the information this widget reports on. Use this field to nominate which statuses are included.
Teams : This list is populated with all teams that have been created within your organisation. Select which teams will be included.
Users : You can specify which Users to be reported on. Select any users from the dropdown list to be reported on.
Only display my events : This tick box will restrict the events shown to only those that are directly linked with via a Teams link, if you are the nominated Event manager, or Salesperson etc.
