Dashboard widget - Tasks

When editing a dashboard select the + on any of the widget templates.  Select Tasks and then Add widget.

Once the widget is displayed you can edit what information it displays by selecting the dropdown arrow within the widget and selecting Edit.

This displays the template to customise the information shown within this widget.  Below is a list of the fields :

Name : This is what is displayed at the top of the widget.
Assignee : Select one or multiple users from this list to display all tasks assigned to this user.  You can start typing a name and the dropdown will suggest users matching the entered criteria.
Only display my tasks : Ticking this box will only display tasks that are assigned to you.
Status : Select to display tasks that are either set to Incomplete or Complete.  If left blank the widget will display both statuses.
Type : Select the type of tasks you would like displayed.
Priority : You can select one or multiple priorities to be displayed within the widget.
Number of tasks to display : This stipulates how many tasks are displayed within the widget.  There is no limit to the number of tasks that can be listed within the widget.
