Duplicate a package
Each package can be assigned to a singular team, although this field is not mandatory and can be left blank. If you wish to assign a package to multiple teams you can simply duplicate the package. When duplicating you can assign a different name to the new package, this allows you to specify which team is linked to each package if you wish.
Select Packages on the navigation menu on the left.
From the overview you can search for the package you'd like to duplicate by using the search bar at the top and select Apply.
Once you can see the package you want to duplicate select the green pages icon at the end of its row. This will bring up the Duplicate package dialogue box.
Enter the desired name and select Duplicate package - individual names help to differentiate between similar packages.
The duplicate package has now been created. To edit the name or assign to a team select Edit package name along the top toolbar. Once the details have been amended select Save at the bottom of the page.
You can duplicate a package as many times as you'd like. As mentioned previously, allocating specific names will help you keep track of each packages costs/purpose as well as make searching for the right package easier.
