Record a supplier invoice

Invoices can only be created from within an event. 

From the Event dashboard select the Invoices tab.  On the Invoices tab, select Record supplier invoice

Enter the Invoice number from the invoice you have received.
Enter the PO number.
Select the Invoice date by selecting the field and use the calendar to set the date.
Select the Due date of the invoice by clicking the field and using the calendar that appears.
You can also use the Upload file field to upload an invoice.
A list of the suppliers you have added as a Cost will be listed under the Supplier field.  Select which supplier the invoice has come from.  If no supplier is listed then you will need to first add a cost with a supplier.  You can see how to do this here.
Once a supplier is selected you can select individual goods/services to create the invoice for from the list that appears.
After making the required selections select Create invoice.

A draft invoice is displayed. You can now amend, delete, or add new line items if required.  To amend a row select the green pencil icon on the row you wish to edit.  You can remove a row by selecting the red X on any given row.  Add another row by selecting the green + in the header and completing the template.

If you need to change the addresses or dates, select Edit from the invoice information panel on the right hand side.

When you're ready to record the invoice, select Authorise to authorise the invoice.  Once selected a dialogue box will appear.  This will give you the option to create a reminder for a date in the future to followup on this invoice.  Simply tick the Set a reminder for box and then enter the date for the reminder to be set for.

Select Mark as Sent to complete the authorisation process.  Below is a video that displays the above process.
