Transfer a contact to another account

  1. Find the account that the contact you wish to transfer belongs to.
  2. In the Contacts panel on the dashboard select the Actions button next to the contact you wish to transfer and select Transfer.
  3. In the Transfer contact dialogue window, start typing the name of the account you wish to transfer the contact to in the Account field.
  4. When the target account appears select it and then Transfer contact.


The contact will then be transferred to the selected account.

NOTE : If the contact that was transferred was also the primary contact for an account, a new primary contact should be added.  This will prevent there from being any accounts that do not have any contacts associated with them.
