Using the Xero Integration
Once your Xero integration has been configured, EventWorks will seamlessly with Xero to sync Invoices, Credit Notes, Contacts and Payments.
Once you have created a draft purchase invoice or credit note in EventWorks, click the Send to Xero button to create a copy of the invoice or credit note in Xero. The invoice will be created as a draft in Xero and the invoice number allocated by Xero will be stored in EventWorks.
If a Xero Contact with the same name as the EventWorks Account linked to your invoice does not exist, a new Xero Contact will be created and linked to the invoice.
Any payments added (via Xero) to invoices or credit notes that were created in EventWorks will be copied over to EventWorks. If the full amount has been paid then we'll set the status of the invoice or credit note in EventWorks to Paid automatically.
This process happens every hour.
