    The dashboard is a great place to display useful information when you first login.  It can provide snapshots of lead progressions, sales completed by users, upcoming tasks, as well as various reports.  You are able to completely customise what and where information is shown. Below is a guide on how to customise a dashboard, how to view other dashboards created by other users, and to set a default dashboard for all users.   • Dashboard widget - Tasks
    When editing a dashboard select the + on any of the widget templates.  Select Tasks and then Add widget. Once the widget is displayed you can edit what information it displays by selecting the dropdown arrow within the widget and selecting Edit. This displays the template to customise the information shown within this widget.  Below is a list of the fields : Name : This is what is displayed at the top of the widget.   • Dashboard widget - Events by Client Industry Type
    When editing a dashboard select the + on any of the widget templates.  Select Events by Client Industry Type and then Add widget.   • Dashboard widget - Events by Source
    When editing a dashboard select the + on any of the widget templates.  Select Events by Source and then Add widget. Once the widget is displayed you can edit what information it displays by selecting the dropdown arrow within the widget and selecting Edit.   • Dashboard widget - Text
    Select the + icon when editing a dashboard.  From the popup select Text and then the Add widget button.  The widget will default to "Hello World!".  Select the dropdown arrow within the widget and select Edit from the list. Here you can see the template that allows you to customise the text.  The Name field is the heading of the widget.  The Text field allows you to enter in any message that you would like displayed in the widget.  Use the toolbars to format the text, inFew readers

    When editing a dashboard select the + on any of the widget templates.  Select Invoice List and then Add widget. Once the widget is displayed you can edit what information it displays by selecting the dropdown arrow within the widget and selecting Edit.   • Date Difference Widget
    The date difference widget allows you to calculate the average difference in days between two date fields. The available fields for comparing are: Enquiry date - the date the event was added to EventWorks Contracted date - the date the event was first assigned a contracted status Event date - the date on which the event starts Last updated - the daFew readers
