Visual Indicators
The invoice table uses colour coding to help you quickly spot items that need attention:
- Red highlight — An authorised invoice that is past its due date with an amount still owing. This needs follow-up.
- Green highlight — A fully paid invoice with no amount due.
Sorting
Click any sortable column heading to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order. This is useful for finding the most recent invoices, the largest outstanding amounts, or invoices due soonest.
Filtering
The invoices tab includes a filter panel that lets you narrow the list by invoice status, date ranges, and other criteria.
Understanding Invoice Statuses
Invoices move through different statuses as they progress:
- Draft — Created but not yet sent
- Authorised — Approved and ready for payment
- Paid — Fully paid
- Voided — Cancelled
Note: Invoices are created and managed from within individual events. The account invoices tab is a read-only view that aggregates all invoices for the account in one place. To create or edit an invoice, go to the relevant event.
Tips & Best Practices
Tip: Sort by Amount due (descending) to quickly find invoices with the largest outstanding balances.
Tip: Sort by Due date to identify invoices that are approaching or past their payment deadline — red-highlighted rows indicate overdue invoices that need attention.
