Account Resources
The account resources tab shows all resources (equipment, services, or inventory items) linked to a specific account. This is particularly useful for supplier accounts, where you can see everything that supplier provides along with their pricing.
Getting There
- Click Accounts in the main sidebar
- Click on an account name to open the account dashboard
- Click the Resources tab
Overview
The resources tab displays a paginated table of all resources associated with the account. Resources are linked to accounts via the resource record itself — each resource can optionally be assigned to one account (typically the supplier who provides it).
Resource Table Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Image | A thumbnail of the resource (if an image has been uploaded) |

Exporting Resources
Click the Export button at the bottom of the resources table to download the resource list. The export is filtered to only include resources belonging to this account.
Key Concepts
How Resources Link to Accounts
Resources are assigned to accounts at the resource level. When you create or edit a resource, you can select which account (typically a supplier) provides it. The account resources tab is simply a filtered view showing all resources where this account is the assigned provider.
Hierarchical Resources
Resources can be organised in a parent/child hierarchy. On the resources tab, child resources are indented under their parent, making it easy to see the structure — for example, a parent resource of "Sound Equipment" with child resources like "Wireless Microphone" and "PA System".
Tips & Best Practices
Tip: The resources tab gives you a quick overview of everything a supplier provides along with their pricing. This is handy when you need to compare costs or check what's available from a particular supplier.
Tip: Use the Unit cost and Unit price columns to quickly review profit margins on resources from this supplier.
